Job Summary

Supporting youth and families in the Asheville-Hickory region, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Foster Care Coordinator will provide guidance, coordination, and intervention in the Foster Care program while ensuring compliance with regulatory documentation and treatment plans.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and support assigned youth and families in the Foster Care program, focusing on achieving individual and program goals
  • Ensure documentation for foster children meets regulatory compliance and manage health records effectively
  • Implement trauma-informed practices in all interactions with clients, peers, and leadership while responding to crises as needed
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Valid Driver License and qualification as a Qualified Professional in NC
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Successful completion of a drug screening test and extensive background check
