Job Summary
Supporting youth and families in the Foster Care program, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Foster Care Coordinator will provide guidance, coordination, and intervention while ensuring compliance with regulatory documentation and treatment plans in a hybrid remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate support services for assigned youth and families in the Foster Care program
- Ensure all documentation for foster children meets regulatory compliance and manage health records effectively
- Implement trauma-informed practices in interactions with clients, peers, and leadership while responding to crises as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Valid Driver License and compliance with credentialing and licensing standards
- Designation as a Qualified Professional in North Carolina
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills
