Job Summary

Supporting youth and families in the Foster Care program, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Foster Care Coordinator will provide guidance, coordination, and intervention while ensuring compliance with regulatory documentation and treatment plans in a hybrid remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate support services for assigned youth and families in the Foster Care program
  • Ensure all documentation for foster children meets regulatory compliance and manage health records effectively
  • Implement trauma-informed practices in interactions with clients, peers, and leadership while responding to crises as needed
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Valid Driver License and compliance with credentialing and licensing standards
  • Designation as a Qualified Professional in North Carolina
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills
