Job Summary
Leading financial strategies for large client engagements, the full-time Senior Director - Health and Benefits Financial/Actuarial will leverage extensive experience to provide innovative financial solutions and drive revenue growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Communicates complex financial and actuarial concepts to enhance client plan performance
- Develops and executes financial strategies for a portfolio of medium to large clients
- Guides and reviews deliverables for client engagements, ensuring high-quality consulting standards
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in health and welfare financial/actuarial strategies within a consulting or brokerage environment
- Proven track record of revenue generation and client relationship management
- Expert knowledge in employee benefit plan design, underwriting, and funding concepts
- Ability to lead data analytic projects and stay updated on industry developments
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
