Job Summary
Contributing to a variety of complex health and benefits projects, the full-time salaried Health and Benefits Analyst will manage the design and ongoing management of group medical, dental, life, and disability benefits for large clients, while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct benchmarking studies and provide value-added analyses and summaries for health and benefits programs
- Analyze vendor products, services, and contracts while building strong relationships with clients
- Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches, including benefit plan analysis and vendor procurement strategies
Required qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience with health and welfare plans, preferably in a benefit consulting or brokerage firm
- Bachelor's degree required, ideally with significant quantitative coursework
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Pursuit of CEBS designation is desired
