Job Summary

Contributing to a variety of health and benefits projects, the full-time Health and Benefits Senior Analyst will manage client deliverables, support project management, and interface with vendors and clients, based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Key responsibilities
  • Materially contribute to the design and management of group medical, dental, and wellbeing benefits for clients
  • Provide superior client service and support vendor procurement and optimization activities
  • Conduct analyses and prepare reports, ensuring alignment with client objectives and adherence to quality standards
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in benefit consulting or health underwriting
  • State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and produce quality deliverables on time
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Pursuit of CEBS designation or health and welfare actuarial training encouraged
