Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health and Benefits Associate Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and management of group medical, dental, wellbeing, life, disability, and absence management benefits for clients
• Proactively advise clients and provide superior client service while managing project progress against objectives and timelines
• Ensure client compliance by managing reports and administrative actions, and engage with specialist resources for health management and analytics

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in health and welfare plan design/management in a consulting or brokerage environment
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• CEBS designation or health and welfare actuarial or underwriting training desired
• Ability to expand relationships with current clients
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
