North Carolina Licensed Health Director

Job Summary

To lead client engagements in the design and management of health and benefits programs, the full-time Senior Director - Health and Benefits will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, driving client relationships and revenue growth while overseeing project delivery and vendor negotiations in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the client service team in designing and delivering project plans, ensuring alignment with objectives, budgets, and timelines
• Proactively advise clients and enhance client service delivery while engaging specialist resources to meet client needs
• Generate new business and grow existing client relationships through strategic cross-selling and solution crafting

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in designing and managing complex health and welfare plans in a consulting or brokerage environment
• Proven track record of revenue generation and client relationship management
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• CEBS designation or health and welfare actuarial or underwriting training desired
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
