Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Health Insurance Agent (Remote) with an active health insurance license.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 150-200 outbound calls daily using an automatic dialer
• Achieve a conversion rate of 20-35% on calls
• Work with low-income, elderly, and veteran demographics while leaving voicemails as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Must have an active resident healthcare license in the state of residence
• Senior Healthcare Rep: 2+ years of Medicare sales experience; BPO Sales Agent: 1+ year of healthcare sales experience
• Experience in a high sales-driven and performance-driven environment
• Empathetic attitude and desire to grow with the company
• Outbound calling experience is essential; some inbound experience is acceptable
