Job Summary
North Carolina Licensed Healthcare Customer Service Representative is a full-time remote position responsible for managing customer inquiries related to billing and insurance, providing payment options, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve complex billing and insurance issues
- Provide recommendations for payment options and assistance programs based on client guidelines
- Document account information accurately and adhere to company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) required
- Prior work experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting is preferred
- Familiarity with medical billing and coding is preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and databases efficiently
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage work effectively in a remote environment
