Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and management of HEDIS/CAHPS projects, including data collection and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve member outcomes and manage vendor relationships
- Educate provider networks on documentation standards and oversee training for staff and abstractors on NCQA specifications
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., Public Health, Nursing, Business Administration)
- Minimum of five years of experience in HEDIS data implementation and management
- Knowledge of HEDIS, CAHPS, coding, and medical terminology
- Solid facilitation skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Preferred licensure includes an active North Carolina clinical license in a relevant field
