Key Responsibilities

  • Educate provider networks on documentation standards and oversee training for staff and abstractors on NCQA specifications
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., Public Health, Nursing, Business Administration)
  • Minimum of five years of experience in HEDIS data implementation and management
  • Knowledge of HEDIS, CAHPS, coding, and medical terminology
  • Solid facilitation skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Preferred licensure includes an active North Carolina clinical license in a relevant field
