Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Immigration Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to facilitate the international transfer of skilled employees for domestic and international corporations
• Manage casework in a high-volume business immigration practice
• Conduct legal research and prepare affidavits and briefs

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice law in the primary state of residence
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business immigration law
• Experience in a high-volume business immigration practice group
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and take initiative in case management
