Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file high-volume PERM applications under attorney supervision
  • Compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, and maintain client documentation
  • Communicate directly with multiple attorneys regarding case progress and requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
  • 2+ years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience, specifically in complete-cycle PERM
  • Experience in a large law firm environment is preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
