Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Implementation Analyst focused on delivering custom benefits for large employer groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage post-sale implementation activities for custom accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure timely and accurate implementation of benefits and administrative services
  • Track and resolve implementation issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Must obtain a North Carolina Health and Life Insurance license within 60 days of employment
  • Proven client-facing and/or implementation experience preferred
  • Background in medical/dental insurance strongly preferred
