Job Summary

A company is looking for a licensed insurance agent - remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate insurance advice while making informed decisions
• Process policy changes and billing transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Educate customers on coverage options and recommend additional insurance products as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license or Personal Lines Producer License
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve escalated customer concerns
• Experience with policy processing and underwriting guidelines
• High school diploma or equivalent required
