Engaging with active insurance shoppers, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Insurance Sales Representative will utilize their expertise to identify customer needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions while working remotely after completing initial in-person training in Charlotte, NC.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers through inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and SMS in a remote call center environment
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance products to meet customer needs
- Convert warm leads into customers using a consultative sales approach without cold calling
Required qualifications
- Must hold a valid North Carolina insurance license
- Ability to work from home after successful completion of in-person training
- Experience in a sales environment preferred
