Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Compliance Investigator 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates incidents involving Medicaid recipients and providers to ensure health and welfare
• Trains new investigators on workflow management and conducts thorough investigations of incidents
• Writes investigation summary reports and coordinates referrals with relevant agencies as needed

Required Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse (RN), licensed social worker (LSW, LISW), or licensed professional counselor (LPC, LPCC)
• 3+ years of paid experience in home and community-based services (HCBS) related to incident investigation or quality assurance
• Experience interfacing with law enforcement, nursing homes, and protective services
• Relevant licensure (RN, LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC)
