North Carolina Licensed IT Scrum Master

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time North Carolina Licensed IT Scrum Master will manage daily oversight and operations of business systems, facilitate scrum processes, and coordinate system events while working remotely within North Carolina.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with long-range planning for business systems enhancement and implementation
• Facilitate daily standups and participate in sprint reviews to capture feedback
• Provide administrative support for scrum tools and ensure scrum board is up to date

Required qualifications

• High School diploma/GED with three years of experience in application environments, or an Associate's degree with one year of experience
• Certification in relevant areas is required; applicable certifications may substitute for education and experience
• Must have a valid driver's license and reside within North Carolina
• Experience with monitoring system operations is essential
• Preferred experience includes working in a distributed computer environment and familiarity with SQL statements
