Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney (North Carolina Licensed).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy and development
Draft and review pleadings, motions, memoranda, and legal correspondence
Manage cases from inception through resolution, including trial preparation

Qualifications

Active Bar admission in North Carolina (required)
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
1-3 years of litigation experience preferred (entry-level candidates considered)
Strong legal research skills, with proficiency in tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis
Prior experience in a litigation law firm is a plus
