Seeking a motivated North Carolina Licensed Litigation Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, conduct legal research, and draft legal documents in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Prepare cases for hearings, mediations, and trials while maintaining organized case files

Required Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in North Carolina
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 1-3 years of litigation experience, with up to 5 years considered
• Experience handling civil litigation matters from case inception through resolution
• Strong legal research skills using platforms like Westlaw or LexisNexis
