North Carolina Licensed Litigation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Associate Manager to oversee claims and manage a team of adjusters.

Key Responsibilities

• Frequently participates in special projects as a subject matter expert
• Manages and oversees performance of vendors
• Oversees response to highly complex arbitration contentions
• Oversees the negotiation of highly complex claims

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing Extended Handler Adjusters handling attorney-represented claims
• Prior litigation experience preferred
• Ability to motivate and manage a team of 10 to 15 adjusters or vendors
• Experience in monitoring staffing levels and workloads
• Strong understanding of claims processes and operational initiatives
