Job Summary
To support a busy legal team, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Litigation Paralegal will manage client documents, conduct background checks, and draft various legal documents while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and manage client documents, including electronic data, and assess relevance for cases
- Draft legal documents for attorney review, including motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements
- Assist in trial preparation by managing exhibits, coordinating witness meetings, and preparing necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience in labor and employment litigation
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
