Job Summary

As a North Carolina Licensed Loan Officer, the full-time remote Executive Loan Officer will build and maintain relationships to guide clients through the mortgage process, leveraging expertise in mortgage origination to achieve client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and clients to drive lead generation and business development
• Consult with clients to analyze financial situations and recommend appropriate loan products
• Assist clients throughout the loan process from application to closing, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record of generating referrals
• Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses
• Strong professional communication and time management skills
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• 3 years of successful self-generated mortgage loan origination preferred
