North Carolina Licensed Medical Director

Job Summary

To support value-based strategies and clinical operations, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Medical Director will manage partnerships, oversee healthcare programs, and evaluate clinical data while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive strategies for healthcare initiatives and operational policies
• Build strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance care delivery and member experience
• Analyze clinical data to identify improvement opportunities in health outcomes and financial performance

Required qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school with completion of residency training
• 5+ years of experience in a related field
• Current North Carolina medical license or ability to obtain after hire
• Board certification in an ABMS/AOA recognized clinical specialty
