North Carolina Licensed Mental Health Provider

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Provider to work remotely from Wednesday through Saturday, 3pm - 1am.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and triage support via phone, video, or chat
• Act as a primary mental health provider using a person-centered, strengths-based approach
• Document sessions, assessments, and care plans in the electronic health record (EHR) while adhering to HIPAA standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree (M.A./M.S.) in Psychology, Professional Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation
• Experience providing therapeutic services to young adults, adolescents, or at-risk populations
• Licensed or Provisionally Licensed in North Carolina is a plus
• Ability to adapt to the needs of members and utilize evidence-based modalities
