Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mental Health Provider to work remotely from Wednesday through Saturday, 3pm - 1am.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and triage support via phone, video, or chat
- Act as a primary mental health provider using a person-centered, strengths-based approach
- Document sessions, assessments, and care plans in the electronic health record (EHR) while adhering to HIPAA standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Master's degree (M.A./M.S.) in Psychology, Professional Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation
- Experience providing therapeutic services to young adults, adolescents, or at-risk populations
- Licensed or Provisionally Licensed in North Carolina is a plus
- Ability to adapt to the needs of members and utilize evidence-based modalities
