Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Mental Health Provider to offer emotional support to students and faculty during evening hours on Fridays and Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and triage support via phone, video, or chat
  • Act as a primary mental health provider using a person-centered, strengths-based approach
  • Document sessions, assessments, and care plans in the electronic health record (EHR) system
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree (M.A./M.S.) in Psychology, Professional Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
  • Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation
  • Experience providing therapeutic services to young adults, adolescents, or at-risk populations
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of members and use evidence-based modalities
  • Valid U.S. work authorization is required
