Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples, and families ages 13 and older
• Utilize evidence-based care and treatment planning tools to enhance patient care
• Practice autonomously while collaborating with the clinical care team

Required Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered state license as LCSW, LPC, LCMHC, or LMFT in North Carolina
• Ability to obtain licenses in multiple states based on business needs
• Strong diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and counseling skills
• Master's degree from an accredited college or university
