Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care, a part-time North Carolina Licensed Mental Health Therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults remotely, while designing personalized treatment plans and managing electronic documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Manage electronic documentation efficiently using a streamlined EMR system

Required qualifications

• A completed master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
• An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP)
• Experience working with the geriatric population
• Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus
