Job Summary
To provide high-quality virtual therapy to children, teens, and young adults, a North Carolina Licensed Mental Health Therapist will work remotely as a 1099 Independent Contractor, managing a flexible caseload while utilizing advanced tools for therapy sessions and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 100% telehealth therapy to clients aged 4-30, focusing on low-acuity cases such as ADHD, anxiety, and depression
- Conduct clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning using a unified digital dashboard
- Manage a minimum caseload of 5 hours per week, with complete autonomy over scheduling and session lengths
Required qualifications
- Must hold an active, independent clinical license in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist)
- 2+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, and family dynamics
- Strong foundation in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and evidence-based practices for telehealth delivery
- Comfortable using virtual platforms and AI-assisted documentation tools
- Spanish fluency is a significant plus
