Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time North Carolina Licensed Mental Health Therapist will deliver remote evidence-based therapy to adult clients, maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, and complete documentation within 48 hours.
Key responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy using various modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT to adult clients
- Maintain a flexible schedule with 8-24 hours of availability, focusing on direct client care and assessments
- Collaborate with other mental health providers and ensure timely documentation in EMR systems
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed in North Carolina as LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adults and at least 6 months of teletherapy experience
- Proficiency with clinical assessments such as PHQ-9 and familiarity with EHR systems
- Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states, with costs covered by the employer
