Key Responsibilities

• Originate loans and consult with clients to match them with suitable financial solutions
• Manage the end-to-end mortgage lending process, including assessing client needs and analyzing financial data
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering an excellent customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Comprehensive experience in Mortgage Lending, Mortgages, and Loan Origination
• Knowledge of Loans and Debt Consolidation strategies
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license for North Carolina or eligibility to obtain one
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Proven sales or customer service experience is preferred
