North Carolina Licensed Nocturnist APP

Job Summary

To provide remote cross-coverage hospitalist care, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Nocturnist APP will manage triage and take ED calls on a 7on/7off schedule from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Manage triage and cross coverage for hospitalist care
• Take emergency department calls as needed
• Ensure effective communication and patient care during nocturnal hours

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree from an NCCPA accredited physician assistant program or NP program
• Current PA or NP license in North Carolina
• Certification with NCCPA or state nursing board, along with BLS and DEA registration
• Experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is required
