Job Summary
To provide remote cross-coverage hospitalist care, the full-time salaried North Carolina Licensed Nocturnist APP will manage triage and take ED calls on a 7on/7off schedule from 7 PM to 7 AM.
Key responsibilities
- Manage triage and cross coverage for hospitalist care
- Take emergency department calls as needed
- Provide comprehensive patient care during nocturnal hours
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree from an NCCPA accredited physician assistant program or NP program
- Current PA or NP license in North Carolina
- Minimum of 3 years of acute care APP experience
- NCCPA certification or state nursing board registration
- BLS and DEA registration required
