Key responsibilities
- Review and evaluate assigned cases for medical necessity and compliance with care guidelines
- Communicate effectively with internal and external staff to coordinate case management efforts
- Document clinical reviews and outcomes accurately to support decision-making processes
Required qualifications
- Valid RN or LPN clinical license in North Carolina or compact multi-state licensure
- Experience in behavioral health, specifically with eating disorders
- Ability to interpret and analyze clinical information for case evaluations
- Strong understanding of medical policies and regulatory requirements
- Availability for a full-time, 8-hour day shift, Monday through Friday
