Job Summary
A company is looking for a Nurse Program Manager for Atrium Donor Allocation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination of donor allocation for transplantation, ensuring alignment with strategic plans
- Drive quality patient care delivery and outcomes through evidence-based practices and regulatory compliance
- Educate and support team development, fostering collaborative partnerships and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in nursing
- Current RN license or temporary license in the state of residence
- CPR Certification required
- 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in critical/acute care or transplantation
- Ability to obtain American Board of Transplant Coordination Certification (CCTC) within two years preferred
