Job Summary

A company is looking for an Obesity Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a telemedicine position.

Key Responsibilities

Provide longitudinal telehealth care for patients with obesity
Collaborate with physicians and registered dietitians to deliver team-based care
Conduct telemedicine visits with a focus on evidence-based lifestyle counseling and pharmacotherapy

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Nurse Practitioner degree with recent experience in obesity medicine
Licensed to practice and prescribe in North Carolina, with preference for insurance credentialing
Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient or obesity medicine, endocrinology, or bariatrics
Experience conducting telemedicine visits with a strong "web-side" manner
Bilingual candidates with medical fluency in Spanish are highly preferred
