North Carolina Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive virtual primary care, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Nurse Practitioner will manage a patient panel through video visits, delivering assessment, diagnosis, and treatment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality virtual primary care through video visits, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education
• Manage a panel of patients, providing comprehensive care across acute, chronic, and preventive needs
• Collaborate with the Care and Case Management team to develop care plans and support successful outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of four years experience delivering primary care in an ambulatory/outpatient family medicine or internal medicine setting
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner and RN license in state of residence; ability to be licensed in additional states as required
• Current and active board certification by a national certifying body through ANCC or AANP
• Demonstrated ability to provide empathetic, compassionate care and support to patients and families
• Strong proficiency with technology and electronic health platforms; experience with telehealth preferred
