Job Summary
To support individuals with Substance Use Disorder, the fully remote North Carolina Licensed Nurse Practitioner will conduct telehealth assessments, manage medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, offering flexible full-time or part-time hours.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct health evaluations to assess substance use and overall functioning
- Diagnose health conditions and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with the care team and external providers to deliver coordinated, whole-person care
Required qualifications
- Active and unrestricted NP license in North Carolina
- Active DEA license (and CDS where applicable)
- Several years of experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or psychiatry
- Board certification in specialty preferred
- Strong documentation skills and proficiency in EHR platforms
