Job Summary

Offering a flexible opportunity, North Carolina Licensed Optometrists will provide comprehensive eye exams remotely using patented technology while working as independent contractors, either full-time or part-time.

Key responsibilities

• Examine patients remotely through specialized video conference technology
• Analyze eye health and generate prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses with the support of Ophthalmic Technicians
• Communicate effectively with patients to ensure a thorough understanding of their eye health needs

Required qualifications

• Valid North Carolina Optometry license
• Experience with telehealth or remote patient care is preferred
• Ability to work independently as a contractor
• Multiple state licenses are a plus
• Willingness to undergo any necessary credentialing and training
