Job Summary
To lead biomedical and policy research projects, the remote North Carolina Licensed Outcomes Project Leader will manage project objectives, collaborate with faculty and external organizations, and oversee data management operations while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project operations, including assigning work, overseeing staff, and ensuring project objectives align with scientific goals
- Consult with collaborating organizations on data integration and regulatory compliance while capturing lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead functional group activities to support research projects, including system design, data structure design, and technical specifications
Required qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited degree program providing clinical training as a Registered Nurse (RN), Physician's Assistant (PA), or Pharmacist plus two years of healthcare experience
- Completion of a master's degree in public health, Health Administration, or a related area with one year of directly related clinical trials research experience
- Completion of a bachelor's degree plus a minimum of three years of directly related experience in clinical trials research
- State of North Carolina license may be required
- Equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience may be considered
