Job Summary
Supporting the legal department in all aspects of operations, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Paralegal will manage contract drafting and review, corporate governance, and insurance claims management while collaborating with business teams both onsite and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and track commercial agreements, maintaining the contract management system
- Assist with corporate governance tasks, including maintaining corporate records and preparing board meeting materials
- Coordinate the management of insurance claims and serve as a liaison between the company and insurance carriers
Required qualifications
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of paralegal experience, with at least 1 year in an in-house legal department
- Strong proficiency with contract management systems and legal technology tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
