North Carolina Licensed Pediatric Therapist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (NC License) to provide virtual mental health care to K-12 students.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based virtual mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions to assigned students
• Conduct initial mental health assessments, create treatment plans, and perform ongoing assessments of student progress
• Collaborate with care management teams and participate in clinical team activities, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Licensed without restrictions as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in NC and the state of residence
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a school-based setting or with school-aged children
• Ability to obtain an acceptable Fingerprint (FBI) Criminal Background check upon hire
• Strong technological skills and experience with digital documentation
• Bilingual skills in languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, or others are a strong plus
