Job Summary
A company is looking for a Performance Improvement Analyst to provide operational support for Care Management focusing on quality and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and present findings
- Develop strategies and recommendations to enhance quality and operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with leadership to support ongoing performance measures and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in sociology, psychology, or a related field with relevant coursework
- Two years of experience in data gathering, editing, and analysis, or equivalent education and experience
- Two years of experience in quality management or continuous quality improvement preferred
- Knowledge of Quality Improvement principles, Lean Methodologies, and Performance Reporting
- Proficiency in Excel and data literacy, including experience with metrics and performance indicators
