Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Coach - Mechanical.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing practices of automotive shops and recommend improvements based on best practices
• Provide coaching, consultation, and mentoring to help members achieve their business goals
• Review financial statements and business practices to develop new business models for clients

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of automotive experience with a focus on service writing and shop management
• Operations management experience in the aftermarket arena
• Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills
• Minimum 4 years of experience teaching or mentoring small business owners
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; knowledge of SalesForce CRM is a plus
