Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Coach - Collision.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing practices of automotive collision shops and recommend improvements
• Provide coaching, consultation, and mentoring to help members achieve business goals
• Monitor member progress and ensure alignment of their needs and wants with program goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of automotive experience with a focus on collision damage analysis and shop management
• Operations management experience, preferably in an independent setting
• Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills
• Minimum 4 years of experience in teaching or mentoring small business owners
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred
