Job Summary

To support the development of perinatal care initiatives, the full-time salaried NC ROOTS Regional Head of Perinatal Program Development will design and operationalize a comprehensive perinatal care model, integrating clinical care and community-based supports to enhance maternal and infant health outcomes in North Carolina.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the development of a regional perinatal strategy aligned with NC ROOTS priorities
  • Design and implement a Community Health Worker (CHW) and Doula coordination model
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure alignment of perinatal programs with clinical care pathways
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree with three years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with one year of relevant experience in maternal and child health or healthcare program development
  • Valid driver's license
  • Residency in North Carolina within Region 5 of Trillium's catchment area
