Job Summary
Overseeing utilization management operations and clinical review teams, the full-time Senior Manager, Pharmacy will develop and execute plans to achieve operational and quality targets while fostering collaboration across teams in a remote-flexible environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct the management of operational aspects of pharmacy utilization management services for assigned segments
- Manage overall utilization management programs and ensure compliance with regulations while identifying operational improvements
- Evaluate industry trends and participate in strategic planning to enhance operational performance and member experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Pharmacy
- 8+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years in lieu of a degree
- A current pharmacy license is required, with NC licensure preferred for some roles
