North Carolina Licensed Pharmacy Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Leader, Pharmacy Quality Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support divisional strategies and assist with departmental implementation activities to optimize medical expenses and prescription drug costs
• Act as a technical resource for team members and other departments regarding pharmacy policies and processes
• Ensure compliance of pharmacy programs with applicable regulations and develop corrective action plans as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor or Advanced Degree where required
• 5+ years of experience in a relevant field, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of North Carolina
• Strong proficiency in Excel preferred
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams
