Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Leader, Pharmacy Quality Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Support divisional strategies and assist with departmental implementation activities to optimize medical expenses and prescription drug costs
- Act as a technical resource for team members and other departments regarding pharmacy policies and processes
- Ensure compliance of pharmacy programs with applicable regulations and develop corrective action plans as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Advanced Degree where required
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant field, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of North Carolina
- Strong proficiency in Excel preferred
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
