Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Outreach Specialist Pharmacy Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to eligible patients to enroll them in the specialty pharmacy program
• Educate patients about the services offered by the specialty pharmacy
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and protect company values

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active North Carolina Pharmacy Technician license and national pharmacy certification preferred
• 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related experience
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License preferred
• Commitment to obtaining necessary licensure if not currently held
• Flexibility in shift times, including occasional Saturdays
