Job Summary

To support adverse event and product complaint reporting, the remote North Carolina Licensed Pharmacy Technician will ensure the accuracy and timely submission of safety reports while collaborating with clinicians and internal stakeholders, following a one-week onsite training in Cary, NC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and submit adverse event and product complaint reports using patient management system data
  • Perform quality control reviews to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with clinicians to resolve questions related to adverse event documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Pharmacy Technician certification or equivalent clinical background preferred
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately, including numeric and text data entry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
