Job Summary
To support a growing virtual practice, the part-time contract Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) will provide holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a fully remote telehealth model, averaging 5-10 hours a week.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to women throughout reproductive life stages via telehealth
- Collaborate with clients' therapists to ensure high-quality clinical care
- Adapt and contribute to evolving workflows in an early-stage startup environment
Required qualifications
- Active Board Certified NC PMHNP license in good standing
- Minimum one year of experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population
- At least six months of telehealth experience
- Solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and menopausal periods
- Empathetic and adaptable, with a commitment to high-quality mental health care
